Our Story
We’re sisters—Kalyn and Emily—and we started Baxters with a simple goal: to bring real sourdough and wholesome nutrition back to our hometown.
Growing up, bread was never just something on a plate—it was the smell that welcomed you home, the heart of family gatherings, and the kind of memory you carry for years. We wanted to recreate that feeling, not just for ourselves but for everyone who walks through our doors.
Today, our bakery is a place where tradition, family, and flavor meet. We’re proud to be a family-owned bakery in Northern California, rooted in heart, tradition, and simplicity.
What Makes Our Bakery Unique
Our sourdough is slow-fermented, hand-shaped, and baked with love. We use only four simple ingredients: flour, water, salt, and our matured starter. That’s it.
